Inside an old curtain in Nola, about a housing unit on three levels almost reduced in ruins, we are asked to draft a plan of a house for four people, and to reorganize the basement to become a tavern.
Because of the age of the building, was necessary to have the renovation of the lofts and the necessary structural strengthening works. Therefore, we had to think a solution, that would not interfere with the structure.
At the ground floor, we placed the living rooms, a kitchen with attached services and the entrance, to the right of which lies the stairway, connecting the ground floor to the tavern and to the first floor, where a large living area distributes the sleeping area, that consists of the double room, which is really a suite with a toilet and dressing room, and of other two bedrooms with bathroom. At the second floor, there is the laundry and then the roof terrace used for outdoors living.
