The City of Visciano (NA) decides to proceed with the formation of the new general plan. After   calling to tender for the designation and, following the same, we won. The City requires a design in two phases: the preparation of the preliminary draft plan and the final draft of the plan, after the preliminary discussion, in the City Council. The preliminary project, based on studies of urban and environmental components, reconstructs the system of needs, according to the matrix Uses / interventions and, therefore, sets out, in correspondence with the prevailing settlement uses (residential, productive, cultural and recreational infrastructure- technological) , the planning policies, translated into conservation measures, resulting in the potential urban assets, from which, then, to achieve the technical-administrative translation of the plan, new installation of the urban fabric, with name of uses  and qualitative and quantitative indicators. Given the nature of the City and its region, conservation policies of the consolidated and natural environment took a meaningful value. Therefore, opportunities for local development and local economy are related to these policies.
