The Nolan Cities, for the planning of development initiatives of the area, together with and in line with the Community Support Framework, implemented through the Campania Region, agree to promote a development project of the urban infrastructures of the "Nolan City”, focusing resources to create a citadel of sport and for leisure, to be built in the City of San Vitaliano.
Municipalities, therefore, through the City of San Vitaliano, entrust, therefore, to the Agency of Local Development, the project design. On behalf of this one, acting as scientific and technical advice, we arrange, within assigned areas by the municipal development plan, the construction of settlements for the production of goods and services, to be implemented by means of equalization between the owners of land and public administration, and the configuration of the implementig urban plan, providing in the areas to be transferred to public use, the construction of the citadel of sport of the Nolan City.
Therefore, the plan sets the structure of the spaces to be used for any buildings purpose from property owners "pro rata" and the configuration of the areas for public use, providing for the construction of a stadium for football and athletics, to about 20,000 spectators, the creation of a sports hall with a capacity of over 7,000 spectators, the construction of a poly-sports complex with indoor pool, tennis courts, soccer in five and soccer in eigth. The creation of a linear park, with the provision of facilities for open air life and the creation of an auditorium for shows and events complete the project. Finally, in the zipper area, close to the existing urban fringe and the civic cemetery, there are the implementation of appropriate public parking to serve the sports complex. The plan, approved by the local partnership and the administration, is waiting for regional funding.
