The City of Marigliano (NA) decide to proceed with a functional reorganization of the area for industrial sites, during implementation, to increase the attractiveness of the site and to make possible the realization of the city for floriculture, on proposal of the Campania Region. The municipality entrusts this task to their technical department with technical support from the Local Development Agency of Municipalities of Nolan area. On behalf of this one, acting as scientific and technical advice, we arrange morphological reconfiguration of the plan.
The project activity was taking place, based on the condition of the urbanization and in progress of implementation. From these project invariants, we identified the different morphology of the area, that can make possible the realization of the city for floriculture, but also, a framework that provides for the development of the area, where the same not attained.
The implementation of the project is contemporary with the signing of the Protocol of Intent by the Municipality, prepared by the Local Development Agency, for the construction of production sites (see the guidelines) and is a testing of the design criteria, that are established there .
In the development area for production activities, in addition to settlements craft / industrial and services for the production of goods, we planned the establishment of complementary and integrative functions, such as kindergarten and nursery school, hotels and restaurants, same offices and a business incubator for the development of entrepreneurship in the area. The approved plan is being implemented by the administration.
