In an abandoned industrial area of over one hectare, near the main area of building expansion planned by the PRG of the municipality of Casoria, we designed a social housing project which involves the construction of 26 building units with independent indoor and outdoor parking spaces, pool and common green, the construction characteristics, with the use of fully recyclable materials (the structure is made of wood of the type X-lam) places the realization in class A ++. A sports court for tennis and team games and a boules court, serving the district, complete the complex. The proposal is an element of strong redevelopment of existing urban fabric eliminating a factor of degradation and introducing a piece of high quality construction. The settlement has a volume equal to 9.700 cubic residential, which are added 6.870 m³ of underground garages, and basements, residential floor space will be 3.220 for a population of 115 inhabitants.
