Eastern slopes of Vesuvius, in an area on the edge of the existing building the presence of some building volumes before intended for agricultural use, provide an opportunity to undertake a redevelopment through the restructuring of existing volumes, because of the insertion of the complex in the Vesuvius Park area. The property, active in the hospitality industry, intends to build a small hotel of quality, connected with a wellness centre, for personal care. The project, on the footprint of the abutments of the existing building, plans to build a structure on three floors of which the first partially underground, where the spa is built. This one consists in a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation and massage rooms with the related services. On the ground floor the body of the building creates a courtyard, around which there are the restaurant, bar and living spaces. The first floor has about 10 rooms and suites.
