The recovery of a larger portion of an abandoned industrial area, built in the early '900 near the port of Torre del Greco, has offered the possibility to build a hotel with over 80 rooms, rooftop restaurant and other services for the hospitality. The property asked us to develop a feasibility study and the project for the upgrade of the facility, through the restoration / recovery of additional areas and buildings in the real estate complex. All the hypotheses of the study, and the next project, had to deal with the constraints imposed by the transformation of the territorial landscape plan, which prescribes the unchangeable container building. They were then selected two functional specialization, with the creation of an area for congress venues in a first group of buildings, and a second with the creation of a multi-sports pool, a gym connected with a wellness centre, created from the reuse of "boxes walls "of the old existing industrial factory, with the creation of new structures in autonomous bodies backhoe walls by creating two levels in the first group of buildings and three in the second shed. Then all parts of the building are bound by the constitution of a green area, and the last portion of land on the southern edge, is related to the urban fabric creating a parking area, which also acts as a filter with the city.
