In a building structure of recent construction, built on the eastern slopes of Vesuvius, in the Park of the same name, the property pursues hospitality facilities, and intends to renovate the ground floor rooms for the realization of a reception room, and regenerating areas outside arranged to green, the pool and other areas, separated by barriers too. The project developed, starting from the post-modern style of the building, and interpreting the wishes of the client, transforms the spaces on the ground floor extend to an area of ​​over 300 m², in one large room features vaulted ceilings leaning on the existing pillars. The room is open to the garden on two sides, while the other two are placed cookers and related spaces (including changing rooms and staff services), and then the wardrobe, the toilet for guests. It, through the porch made from the first module of the existing building structure, extends to the external arrangements that integrate and continue the uses and functions of hospitality with tables, gazebos and seating for the various activities. To increase the fluidity of use spaces and to eliminate architectural barriers, we remodelled the conformation of the ground elevation, replacing rooms terraced with gentle slopes and stairs with ramps. This makes it possible to transform the outdoor areas in a spatial continuum where all spaces are accessible by continuous paths safely.
