This project is being realised on the noble floor of a historic building, in one of the most beautiful squares in Naples.
The flat stands on the corner of Via Calabritto and Piazza Vittoria, it benefits from an enchanting view.
This view was a special feature of the project.
Since the apartment has a considerable height, we have provided loft areas for both the living and sleeping areas, which increase the functionality of the project and enhance its beauty.
An entrance hall gives access to the living area, which is a large open space, where the double height room exalts the environment by defining the various functions of the living area.
To the right of this large space, under a raised area, we find the living/kitchen area, with a system of columned furnishings and a hidden cooking island with snack top and a dining area.
An open staircase leads up to the mezzanine used as a play/relaxa area, which overlooks the living/sittings.
In the living/sitting area, the bioethanol fireplace is an element that gives personality to the entire space.
It is conceived as an enormous backdrop covered with a Lapis slab, moreover, it enhances the double height and it defines the sitting area for conversation and TV.
A hallway leads to the day area's services and to the sleeping area, which is further raised. Actually, it has two double bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes and private bathrooms.
