Between Via Tasso and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in a private residence overlooking the splendid panorama of the Gulf of Naples, lies the apartment at the center of this renovation project.

Guided by the wishes of a young couple of professionals, the design focused on expanding and enhancing the living area, transforming it into a place of encounter with both light and landscape. Large windows and a system of custom-made paneling allow the sea view to be fully experienced, while at the same time offering flexible and functional solutions: the kitchen, perfectly integrated, can be opened up or separated from the rest of the space according to the needs of daily life.

In the living area, a bioethanol fireplace adds warmth and intimacy, becoming the focal point around which domestic life gathers. A contemporary detail that, without interrupting the lightness of the spaces, creates a welcoming and refined atmosphere, in harmony with the elegance of the interior.

The same principle of flexibility extends to the rest of the house, where the paneling creates a refined balance between continuity and separation, allowing for a natural flow between the living and sleeping areas.
